Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu altitude of 1,350m. We welcome at international airport with garland of Merigold. An then transfer to hotel with private vehicle. Check in at your hotel and then in the evening will brief in details for the climbing mt, Ama Dablam Expedition overnight at hotel B/B
Day 2: Preparation day for check all your gears make sure that you have sufficient climbing equipment overnight at hotel B/B
Day 3: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding 4 hours altitude of 2600m. stay stay at lodge
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar 6 hours altitude of 3450m stay at lodge
Day 5: Acclimatization day in Namche bazar same altitude stay at lodge
Day 6: Trek to Tyangboche 5/6 hours altitude of 3820m stay at lodge
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche 5 hours altitude of 4400m stay at lodge
Day 8: Acclimatization day in Dingboche hike to Nagarjun up to 4600/ 4800m. stay at same altitude 4400m.
Day 9: From Dingboche trek to Ama Dablam base camp 5/6 hours altitude of 4560m stay at camp side sleep in tent.
Day 10: Rest in base camp for acclimatization and trainin for climb Ama Dablam stay at camp side.
Day 11: to 20 Climbing period
Day 21: Trek to Namche bazar 6 hours stay at lodge
Day 22: Trek to Lukla 6/7 hours stay at lodge
Day 23: Fly back to Kathmandu take a rest overnight at hotel
Day 24: free day in Kathmandu spend a day relax after busy days
Day 25: Final departure to home
