Outline Itinerary

  • Day 1Arrive in Kathmandu meet at airport welcome with garland of Merigold and transfer to hotel check in and will brief for next day’s programs plan B/B
  • Day 2Prepare for trek, check your equipment, will brief for all requirement information. And in the afternoon flight to Badrapur, and drive to ILam (Kanyam) Stay at hotel near tea garden B/B
  • Day 3Drive to Taplejung with Private vehicle 7/8 hrs. We will stop on the way for lunch and to take picture of Himalaya overnight stay at hotel B/B altitude of 1820m.
  • Day 4After breakfast drive to Chhiruwa 4/5 hrs. And 3 hrs. trek to Sekathum through crossing the different villages, after Chhiruwa most of trail comes steep up, overnight stay at lodge tea house, altitude of 1585m.
  • Day 5From Sekathum, trek to Amziloasa 6 hrs. We will be crossing same river several times and the most of trails comes up hill, overnight stay at lodge tea house, altitude of 2395m.
  • Day 6From Amzilosa trek to Gyapla 5/6 hrs. The way always comes up and down and, in the end, comes more climb overnight stay at lodge, altitude of 2780m.
  • Day 7From Gyabla trek to Ghunsha 5 hrs. today the way comes easier and less steep easier than previews days Ghunsha is a big town you can enjoy viositing town. There are also many bakeries and many different shops, overnight stay at lodge, altitude of 3427m.
  • Day 8Trek from Ghunsa to Khampachen 5/6 hrs. Today you can enjoy Himalayan scenery on the way to Khambachen stay at lodge teahouse altitude of 4050m.
  • Day 9Today stay at same place after breakfast day hike to Janu Himal B, C. 2/3 hrs. enjoy Himalayas landscape scenery then back to Khabachen have lucnch and take a rest overnight at lodge teahouse same altitude, 4050m.
  • Day 10Trek from Khabachen to Lhonak 6 hrs. Again, today you can see beautiful view of Kanchenjunga and many other mountain, overnight stay at teahouse altitude of 4780m.
  • Day 11Early morning hike to Pang Pema base camp 5143m. It takes 6/7 hrs. up and down, today is a special day for Himalaya scenery. You can see mt Kangchenjunga/ Seto Hamal/ Kirati peak and then back to Lonak stay at lodge altitude of 4780m.
  • Day 12Trek from Lhonak to Ghunsa 6/7 hrs. take a lunch at khabachen and continue trek to Ghunsa, overnight at lodge altitude of 3427m.
  • Day 13Trek to Selele base camp 4/5 hrs. on the way of course you will have such as beautiful view can be seen Mt Makalu and many others mountains, overnight at lodge teahouse. Altitude of 4200m.
  • Day 14Hike to Selele View point 4400m. enjoy sunrise view as well as panorama view of Himalayas and then back to Selele B.C have breakfast and continue trek to Ghunsha 3 hrs. overnight at lodge altitude of 3427m.
  • Day 15Trek from Ghunsha to Amzilasa 6/7 hrs. take lunch at Gyapla and continue trek to Amzilasa overnight at lodge altitude 2395m.
  • Day 16Trek from Amzilasa to Sekathum 5/6 hrs. now most of the trails comes always steep down overnight at lodge altitude of 1585m.
  • Day 17From Sekathum drive to illam (kanyam) 7/8 hrs. overnight stay hotel.
  • Day 18Drive to Bhatrapur 2 hrs. and flight to Kathmandu in the afternoon stay at hotel.
  • Day 19Free day in Kathmandu take a rest and relax after a long-busy days overnight at hotel
  • Day 20Sightseeing in Kathmandu with local city guide by private vehicle enjoy visiting historical place.
  • Day 21Drive to international airport and departure to home
